As you've probably guessed, this is not another of my pages (most of the pages in this story aren't "my pages", to be fair). Rather, this is the work of Asgar19, who was one of the first people to characterise the Docs so well. I was immensely flattered, and this is still one of my favourite between-round entries.

PANEL: The Black Divsion Hangar.
PANEL: Ralph is carrying a toolbox, behind him stands Gyrode with his arms crossed. Young contestant Jay and his personal drone Valery acknowledge them as they walk near.
Valery: UH-OH...WEIRDO ALERT...
Jay: Eh...what are you doin' here with the toolbox?
PANEL: Ralph looks off to the distance feigning an innocent expression, while Gyrode grins.
Ralph: Oh child, please don't think the wrong thing. It's not that we've planned to sabotage our first round opponent's mech or something...only really bad guys would do such a terribly unfair thing.
Gyrode: Right! Only guys who use little cute fluffy animals as (amazingly efficient) power sources would cheat like that. We're only looking around and if someone needs a repair we've brought the toolbox with us...yes, that's it! Repairs!
PANEL: Jay goes to walk away, dismissing the Docs with a wave of his hand. Gyrode seems annoyed while Ralph remains nonplussed.
Jay: Okay, okay, I got it. You two are totally insane. Don't wanna know more.
PANEL: Valery the drone hovers near the Docs.
Valery: I'M WATCHIN' YOU...
Ralph: Then you better need eyes in the back, computer bitch.
PANEL: A second Valery drone appears behind Ralph, startling him to the point that he jumps into Gyrode's arms out of fear. Gyrode seems amused.
Second Valery Drone: OH, I'VE GOT SOMETHING BETTER.
Ralph: Eeeeeek!
Gyrode: Hmpf!
